"Renowned bistro owner has high school students cooking with class! Seventeen Valley High School students gathered around nationally renowned chef Zov Karamardian for a three-month cooking class: Dining Etiquette. The students learned the craft of gourmet cooking. Zov teaches technique - not recipes. Home economics teacher at Valley High School said it was like having Alan Dershowitz volunteer to teach a class on law. Nobody ever volunteers to come here. Zov says, "If I can make a difference in someone's life, I've won."
